Software Developer - TS/SCI, Poly - Maryland
Location: Columbia, MD area

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities: Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Typical Requirements: 15+ Years with BS or 13+ Years with MS or 10+ Years with PhD
Position Description: Serve as principal software engineer and architect for Department of Defense (DoD) Product Source Node (PSN) software development program. Provide structured, object-oriented software support for the full life cycle of the system including: design, development, integration, test and transition into operations. Develop Java-based software. Perform all work consistent with CMMI Level 3 policies, procedures, and documentation.
Required:
Object-oriented, Software development experince.
Desired: Experience in Java/J2EE web application development including SOA, Java Web Services, SOAP, XML, and JDBC with relational databases. UML 2.0 with use case modeling. Requisite Pro requirements management tool. Rational Architect for object oriented software design. CM Tools such as Clear Case, CVS or Subversion. Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructures (PKI), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI).
Must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this position. Position requires a current TS/SCI and FS Poly.
